Our aims to constantly improve the standard of healthcare services and to provide first-rate patient safety are mirrored in our comprehensive risk management plan.

Under the guidance of the general management and the medical administration, we follow a comprehensive risk management plan thus reducing and preventing healthcare related risks such as:

• Falls, injuries, pressure ulcers,
• Medication errors, hospital-acquired (nosocomial) infections,
• Ultrasound related complications,
• Pre and post operative morbidity
• Complications resulting from the use of blood or its components.

Our risk management plan is followed, reinforced and reviewed by Patient Safety, Pharmacy, Blood Bank, Emergency, Operating Room and Morbidity-Mortality comities.
